Tucked in a quiet and tranquil location in Pasig, it's suprising that you can find a residential community that is serene right in the heart of the city. Security in the village is Excellent !, This very private living experience inside the village has it's; "trade-off" as you will have to have your own private vehicle to easily get around, as public transportation access requires quite a walking distance. Also, , the elevation is high enough that flooding was not a problem in the past.
