Understandably, the things that they’re looking for in a property are different compared to the generations before them. Here are seven of their must-haves:

Indeed, they want to maintain their connectivity since they do a lot of activities online. Millennials now go online to shop for just about anything, and that includes possible property investments.

Millennials work with limited budgets and are looking for properties that can accommodate what they can afford to commit at the moment.
