Job Description

Specifically, the Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for:


  • Create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
  • Conceptualize, design and prototype new features for our core product.
  • Conducting frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with development.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand requirement and develop creative solutions.
  • Perform unit testing on all new code from inception through integration, staging and production environments.
  • Exhibit Creativity and resourcefulness at problem solving while collaborating and working effectively with best in class designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers.

What is a Work Day Like?

  • Participate in an "Agile team," steeped in JiT practices, as well as pair programming, unit testing and peer review.

  • Work on an existing suite of Web offerings as well as contributing to the ongoing evolution of the platform across all delivery targets.

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of software development experience specializing in front end development.
  • Exceptional JavaScript programming skills.
  • Knowledge of SASS / Less and Gulp / Grunt is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Ember Javascript framework.
  • Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages.
  • Solid grasp of Git
