BUILDERS 2000’s vision is to provide first-rate residential and commercial development coupled with excellent costumer service. The company’s commitment is evidenced by the completion of its first high rise project, build and complete during the Asian crisis of the late 1990’s. Despite the acute depreciation of the Philippine Peso during this period, “Asiawealth Tower” was completed as scheduled, with all the promised amenities and finishes without any additional cost to the investors.
Year 2002 paved way for another high-rise project, “Le Mirage de Malate”- a towering landmark in Malate, Manila offering a spectacular view of the Manila Bay sunset. This 28- storey residential condominium was build during the depression period of real estate market. It was this time that no developer dared to venture into a project as most investors were hesitant to purchase, that BUILDERS 2000, armed with vision and confidence, started “Le Mirage de Malate”. Without relying on pre-selling funds, this project was completed without a hitch and became a success!
By the year 2006, BUILDERS 2000, INC. has ventured to another high-rise project. The “SHAW RESIDENZA”, a 23-storey all loft-type units residential condominium located on the prime area of Shaw Boulevard and it has a become a landmark in the fast-growing community of Mandaluyong City.
