Goldland Properties

Goldland Properties was established through one’s passion to build quality residences that would cater to diverse lifestyles. Founded in August 1987 by Francisco C. Basa, Goldland’s first endeavor was a 43-unit townhouse: Goldland Villa. Through the success of this maiden project, Basa became even more motivated to deliver affordable residential properties within the Metro Manila area. Several projects were developed here and there, allowing the Goldland brand to secure its niche in the real estate world by the late 1980s. It was during this decade that Goldland Tower and Goldland Plaza illuminated the Greenhills Center skyline. In no time, Portovita, along P. Tuazon Avenue in Quezon City, was inaugurated.

Currently, the company continues to be a dominant player in the industry, offering urban families, expats, and retirees superior quality homes and practical investments.
