Within a decade of the establishment of Ultima Development, Inc. in 1976, the company’s goal to go beyond housing development and into providing a unique home lifestyle for the Filipino people became clearer. Masaito Development Corporation was born.
MDC began developing its residential subdivisions that included Concorde, Regency Homes and Citihomes Regency, all in Parañaque City. As decades passed, MDC marched forward, moving from developing residential subdivisions to master-planning entire communities that featured plush amenities and other modern conveniences.
MDC’s strength in the business grew in the foundation of its prime locations.
