Panorama Development Corporation

Panorama Development Corporation is a family-owned real estate business headed by former president of the Cinderella Marketing Corp., Edgar Coronel. Established in 1969, the company’s beginnings can be traced back with the development of 10.7 hectares of raw land in Antipolo, Rizal that is now the Blue Heights Subdivision. Initially designed to focus on warehousing projects south of Metro Manila, the company diverted its operations into the fishing industry in the latter part of 1973. By 1979, the group resumed its real estate development operations, now having gained a reputation as one of the leading developers in the CALABARZON area. Projects of the company include Panorama Building in Taguig City, Grand Tower Condominium in Makati City, and Circle C Mall in Quezon City. At present, Panorama Development Corporation owns and develops real estate properties in and around Metro Manila with plans of further expanding its network throughout the archipelago. Panorama Development Corporation’s main office is located at 1029 North EDSA, Quezon City.
