Founded by renowned entrepreneur Philip Go in 1987, Triple Capricorn had a vision to provide first-rate residential and commercial developments throughout the Philippines. In no time, that vision was realized, with the company completing multiple projects within the Luzon and Visayas regions, projects that included Asiawealth Tower, Shaw Residenza, Le Mirage de Malate, and Pacific Coast Residences. From there, Triple Capricorn began forming partnerships with brokers and brokerages from other countries, with an even bigger goal now: To tap the foreign market. Finally, in 2014, it geared itself up to go global. From Triple Capricorn, it changed its name to Luxe Asia Properties to consolidate all its projects under one corporate name. Today, Triple Capricorn continues to flourish and expand oversees, completing transactions in Singapore, Korea, and other countries, and devoting more time on delivering and marketing RFO projects worldwide.
