Villa Preciosa Realty and General Construction Inc., is a corporation domiciled in the city of Baguio. The corporation was formalized to offer the real estate products and services.
It was formed sometime in August 2012 and opened its doors for operation last January 2013, formally registered with Securities and Exchange Commission last January 31, 2013 to provide homes and services and other real estate and construction products to the middle and higher income making section of Northern Luzon. The office is located in Room C 205, 2nd Floor, Lopez Building, Session Road, Baguio City.
