Looking for that Makati skyline view? Come and see for yourself! One of the tallest condominiums in Metro Manila. Pool area is placed at the top floors for a great view of Makati CBD. Quick access to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries as there are 2 malls near the building. Nearest would be the Century City Mall and across the street would be A.Venue Mall.

Despite of the building being old, they were able to maintain it very well. If you are looking quality with good space, this would be the place to be. These days new condominiums lack good space that's why we tend to go with old buildings as they have bigger living space. Security is top notch as they only give unit owners/tenants key cards to use elevators.

One of the best condominiums in Legaspi Village as it is located right across Greenbelt Mall. A couple of towers to choose from depending on what view is preferred. A bit pricey compared to other condominiums due to its location and quality. Getting food wouldn't be a problem as restaurants are located just across the street.
