Ann is the owner of the Best Properties Philippines brand. She is a licensed and freelance real estate broker in the Philippines.
Ann’s real estate portfolio includes effective handling and closing of sales of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties focusing in the area of Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Makati, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Bulacan and other provincial areas. She is currently expanding her real estate teams throughout the country.
Before she became a licensed real estate broker and entered the realty business, Ann was a Certified Purchasing Manager by the Arizona, US-based Institute of Supply Management and worked as a young executive for JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation. She was also an international executive for a global direct selling company.
Ann is a graduate of BA Public Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman, has served as youth leader for various socio-civic and religious organizations such as Singles For Christ, Youth Encounter, Gawad Kalinga, Lectors & Commentators Guild; and as writer/layout artist/editor for her highschool, college, corporate and organizational publications. Her goal in life is to open new possibilities and opportunities for people of all walks of life and to become a blessing to others. She feels blessed to be able to accomplish these goals on a daily basis in the field of Real Estate.
