From the very beginning that Chow was introduced to me she already ask me probing questions to get a sense of idea on what we are looking for for our new home , on the day that we view some prospect property everything is just spot on , she able to give me the up's and down side of each unit and the most important thing is what to expect on the reality once we are living in the property. She had numbers of unit (property) to show us and they are all beautiful on thier own ways in the end she help us making offer on the very first unit that she showed us and even extended her service on giving us some advice on how we can achieve our dream home. Before meeting Chow Paredes, I had already visited about 25 apartments in Manila, none of which fitting to my standards. I felt like I was losing my time, visiting only the unsellable and totally mispriced units. It took her no more than one hour and two viewings to show me the place I would finally lease. She has the perfect sense of the client's expectations. Chow was also very professional and efficient in exchanging with the owner, dealing with the administrative and financial matters, as well as kindly fixing the little things you can't avoid going through when moving in a new place. I would fully recommend her services to anyone. Thanks to her, my family and I enjoy our new sweet home in BGC.

We have given up all hope in finding a condo to lease which fit our specifications and budget when Zipmatch co-founder Chow Paredes gave me a call on my cellphone and asked if we have already found a home. She noticed from my searches on the site that I was looking at a specific area in makati which she can help me with. True enough, she gave us a short list of units we can view and helped us negotiate with owner so we stay comfortably within our budget. She and her co-broker Angelique Lim made sure all our paperwork were settled upon moving in and it was all handled very professionally. I really have no complaints. I'm truly grateful to her that she found us our dream condo!

I am a first time home buyer. I just bought a condo in the Fort. Chow helped me find an awesome deal. She helped me find a condo in a great location that can return a 10% rental yield...what a great investment. That's not what impressed me the most though. She made the home buying process so easy for me that I felt like the only thing I had to do was sign the docs. Throughout the process if she needed anything from me, she was so proactive in following up with me. But at the time of closing, I had no idea how much due diligence she put into this. She checked the title to make sure it was legit and there were no liens. There was a divorce and she had all the docs and due diligence checked with a lawyer and docs where notarized in advance. All tax liability and every utility payment was cleared. Condo associations cleared and all the documents and receipts for all payments was provided. The country I'm from there, title transfers are done by trusted companies and there is title insurance and escrow. I am shocked at how the whole process is handled by the broker. I would be so nervous going through this transaction without having a trusted broker who was experienced and diligent like Chow. I will always buy a property through Chow.

Definitely the best of the best in location and quality. I have sold several units here and my clients are not disappointed. The Horizon Homes residential apartments sits on top of the Shangrila Hotel right smack at 5th Avenue BGC. The apartments are the most luxurious condo units I've seen in Manila by far. Above excellent especially with the Hotel Services extended to the residential apartments. This place is for the learned in real estate.

Its very rare these days to see a condo property with top make quality... Which Edades defies! The property provides no less than Excellent make and finishing down to the detail. Having been newly turned over, the building is a promising new home to its owners. Word has been heard that owners are very much satisfied with what they paid for. More owners and families choose to reside in the property themselves which gives the friendly neighborhood smile feel. The property is fronting the Powerplant Mall which gives a clear panoramic view of both Makati and BGC Skylines. Although the Pasig River and Rizal St are at the back end of property, access to getting in and out the community is conveniently by the corner. Interestingly, the Garden Villas are one of a kind condo designs that gives Edades character different from the rest of its siblings.

Amorsolo Square units are adequately sized, making the property the perfect choice for those who want to move around a condo like a stand alone home. Although high foot traffic is experienced in the lobby due to the Rockwell Club access at ground floor, the tower is remains well secured exclusive for residents only. In the other hand, since the tower overlaps common areas with the Club, residents feel like they have an extended garden beyond their personal space inside the unit. The property keeps a strong rental or buying investment due to its "mid" spectrum in terms of unit sizes compared to other projects within the community.

One Rockwell is a massive development evidently seen when entering the Rockwell community. Its massiveness also gives a preview of the density of the property. Although spaces are relatively small sized compared to other Rockwell residential buildings, the units size cuts allows more practicality in condo living relative to utility costs. The common areas are very well done welcoming your guests with a modern and lush, giving unit owners and visitors an extended living space feel. Boutique restaurants among Manila's best are at the ground floor within reach. Noticing more tenants than end users, I would recommend this property to buy for good rental investment.

Aside from the obvious accessibility, convenience and security this community provides, I will always recommend Joya Lofts and Towers to end users. The decision to live in a condo property in my opinion should heavily rely on the property management. That said, I have my hands down to this property's management. For a condo built on 2008, I would have to say that the property is well managed. Guards and staff are always ready to lend a hand when you're carrying tons of groceries or 24 hour engineers taking care of a broken toilet flush at 12midnight is always a life saver. Any 6year old building will have wear and tear, but at very least Joya property management pushes to maintain its service like its brand new. I have resided in the building since turn over and still choose to. To me, Joya is home with all its comforts.
