Jessica Tan Gan

Jessica grew up in Makati and Alabang, Metro Manila. Currently she practices real estate in all Makati and Taguig, Metro Manila. Jessica studied in Manila up until high school but moved to the USA to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Los Angeles. Upon moving back to Manila in 2009, Jessica began assisting her family with their personal real estate matters as well as their family business in the field of fashion.
Assisting in the acquisition and leasing of properties for her family ignited Jessica’s initial interest in real estate. “Prior to becoming a broker, I was the client. I’ve been in your shoes and know what it feels to be the client. I’ve dealt with brokers that disappeared once their commissions were released. Since becoming a broker I’ve committed to elevating the service that brokers provide. “This is why I joined RE/MAX. Professionalism is very important to me. I always put my clients safety and needs first.”
Jessica has a natural passion for helping people above and beyond their needs. Having worked in fashion and retail she recognizes the similarities between retail and real estate. Finding the right property for a buyer is similar to styling. It all boils down to listening to your client’s needs and being attuned to their personal style and lifestyle needs. In the end, its what they want that matters most.
Similar to retail, customer service and building relationships is at the center of her practice. She believes that service does not end at the closing of a sale. “I aim to build long term relationships with my clients. My commitment to them does not end when the sale is over. I give the same amount of commitment to my client for any after-sales services. Whether it be transferring of titles or sourcing for interior decorative accents for their home, I aim to extend my knowledge as a local and licensed professional in the real estate industry to my clients.”
