Same with the projects along C. Palanca St. in Legaspi Village, Greenbelt Excelsior's main attraction is its location. just minutes from the Greenbelt Mall, the Legaspi Park and majority of the offices in Makati (definitely a plus if you work nearby). The building is relatively new so I could say that the units as well as the amenities are still in top condition. Been able to view several units that were renovated and designed well, and those were really special. Prices of units here are just the same with the surrounding projects, as driven by the market. So given that it's new and in a convenient location, value-for-money-wise it's a good investment or place to stay at.

Greenbelt Parkplace's location undeniably is what makes it so attractive with buyers and tenants, it is situated literally within minutes from the mall and the park. Gives you plenty of options to relax and unwind from the busy city. The building itself has been maintained well enough by the property management and unit owners alike despite being in operation for a couple of years already. Very much offers your standard condominium amenities and services that are comparable within the vicinity. And the security personnel and staff are quite thorough and helpful. I would recommend this project for those who would love to live near the convenience of the mall and/or those who like doing laps around the park. It is a very decent project with the right price. A very good investment as a transient unit or for long term rental use.

Just recently turned over, One Central is one of the few projects that's right at the center of the busy Salcedo area of Makati Central Business District. Ideal as a rental property or for end-use for the executives and/or expats working around the area. It is the first of the three "Central" named projects in that area developed by Megaworld Corporation. All units in the project come fully-furnished and most have outstanding views of the city. You can easily unwind from a busy day's work with the use of the building's game room, pool or theater. Amenities are basically complete for this project. The management and security personnel seems to be adept, courteous and quite strict with guests/visitors. Though still early to tell given the period of operation. All-in-all, One Central should be highly considered for both investors and end-users especially those who are looking for convenience, location and potential value appreciation within the business district.
