Avalon Condo Cebu is the only condo in Cebu with hot tub (Jacuzzi), sauna, and steam room. It also has 100% Backup Electric Power Generator (not just in common areas of the condo but also inside condo units; turn on all your electrical appliances and gadgets even during electric power outages/ brownouts/ blackouts which happen often in this part of the world) (other condos with this feature cost double; other condos that cost less than 10 million Philippine Pesos only allow you to turn on 2 bulbs when under generator power) (the least expensive condo for sale/ for rent with 100% Backup Electric Power Generator for all condo units!). It is located completely inside Cebu Business Park (Cebu's central business district) and right across the street from Ayala Center Cebu luxury mall. It is a high-end condo in a high-end location. I am very happy to be living here.
