Robby is really a good host, first time to try airbnb to rent a place and luckily we got his loft in Le Grand 2. We stayed from Sept 10-14, originally he's expecting us around 2pm but we checked out in Shang Edsa around 11am so we are in Eastwood earlier than our expected time of arrival. But still, he exerted an effort to have our bags inside his loft and even got a pass for Le Grand 3 since that's my boyfriend's request. The loft is really clean and well organized. Last sept 14 we checked out at 6am since my bf's flight is 10am he even offered to be our service on the way to the airport. And then I thought i need to take a cab from NAIA to Cubao, he told me no need because he will do that as well. My boyfriend was so grateful of his service and the way he treated us was really superb! Will definitely book again in the near future! ????????????

Being a Real Estate Broker and a Property Manager for #Cloverph Realty Corp and #cloverphsuites and living here in Eastwood for more than 8 years. One Eastwood Avenue is the next best building after Legrand 3. Units already comes with split type air conditioners, cook top and range hood so that its additional value for your money, you just have to purchase additional pieces of furniture and you are READY TO MOVE IN! This Property has the biggest swimming pool comparing it with the rest of the condominiums in Eastwood. On the other hand, downside for this property right now is that we have to wait for One Eastwood Avenue tower 2 to open so that there will be easier access to CityWalk and Eastwood Mall by walking or driving in or out of the property and the Gym will only be available when Tower 2 is ready for move in. lets talk about unit mix. 24 sqm properties are ok for short term staycations while 29sqm properties are ideal for long term lease, especially if you are working with Eastwood. if you want to live here with a family of 4 i strongly suggest to get a 1 Bedroom unit at around 35sqm to 44sqm. Since we do not have 2 bedroom flats (only 2br lofts) in Legrand tower 3 , this is the best opportunity to live in a 2 bedroom flat ranging from 76-87sqm . i have been living and selling/leasing properties here in Eastwood City since 2009 and i have rented out from different buildings in the area. i can say that the Eastwood Legrand 3 is by far the best building in Eastwood city being no.1) its location! - near City walk mall, Banks, Offices and accessible to restaurants. 2) high-end building - having superb amenities such as the gym, game room, swimming pool and others. you can even rent out the function room for special events. 3) value for money - unit finishings are done in good quality standards comparing it with other properties in eastwood city. when you live here... everything is brand new! over all i give this place a 4.5/5 stars. mostly are studio units that are if 30sqms in size.
