About This Project
Anchor Skysuites is the tallest building in the Chinatown district. Standing 56 stories high with a total of 346 condominium units, this development project was a monumental feat undertaken by an international team of engineers and architects led by Anchor Land Holdings Inc. The building’s main concept aims to celebrate the perseverance and successes of the Filipino-Chinese businessmen. One will notice that the curve-like form shown all over the building mimics the thoroughways that predominate Manila Chinatown. The design also allows the building to reduce energy consumption as its architecture allows generous amounts of air and sunlight to enter and illuminate parts of the building. Aside from its unique state-of-the-art design, various amenities span over a space of 5000 square meters. These amenities include a full badminton court, a basketball half-court, a dance studio, a gym, a lap pool, a garden lounge, a karaoke room, a billiards room, a mini-theater, a bar, and a cafe. Numerous commercial areas, retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants, market places, schools, churches, hospitals, and offices also surround the building.
