Astoria is a hidden gem, but they need to maintain the place better. It is showing signs of age and they need to wash the windows.

I used to live here for about 2 years while studying at UAP which is on the same street and a 5 minute walk away. There are a handful of Korean restaurants on the same street. Since it's a condotel, you pretty much get the most of the same perks as hotel guests who stay there. The amenities are maintained pretty well. I particularly enjoyed the bar on the ground floor from time to time. They have nice function rooms and meeting rooms as well. I availed of one of the meeting rooms to throw my sister's baby shower in at a super affordable price. They have a nice gym as well! My rent for a 1 bedroom at the time was approx. 27k, however, I had a friend who was able to find a 2 bedroom unit at 25k, so the prices vary depending on the unit owner. The Unit was quite spacious and i enjoyed that my kitchen was half enclosed. I remember the security being very kind and would make themselves familiar to the residences faces. Something i loved about the unit was that it had an intercom system with a camera. so when your guest calls through the lobby, you can actually SEE them from your unit through the camera. I really enjoyed living there during my 2 year stint.
