Im living here for 2 years now. Amenities are okay but not that great though. Think of the basics: swimming pool, outdoor gym, clubhouse etc. Good thing they have a sort of a garden or jogging path which connects all the 5 towers. Security is 24x7 and are very courteous. Maintenance is also very good. All areas are kept clean at all times. Downside is location can be very traffic on a working day as this leads to Edsa and became an alternate route for vehicles. There are also several commercial establishments around like family mart, bakeshoo, banks, as ther's another condo property nearby. So far im enjoying my stay and seemed to be a good choice for me in buying this property.
