This is my second review about this place but this time I gained a new insight after watching this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtI_NtoL-ok&feature=share ) . If you can't access the URL you can just search it on youtube - "Silent Killer on Tamarind Road: Atty. Hernandez's Fight for Justice". Anyway inside boni heights are these large power lines and it turns out these are bad, really bad like "cancer causing" bad. In the video Atty hernandez narrates how two of his children died of cancer. I don't know why he's still alive maybe its because the effect is much worse on babies or kids. I don't know these things I'm not a scientist, the closest thing I do is watch myth busters. Anyway, my similar experience is before my dad had a fish farm somewhere in rizal and it was situated under similar power lines. He closed it down because the fish wont grow and his theory is because of the radiation emitted by these electric lines. So i guess it really has an effect on living things. I also notice a buzzing sound whenever i get near these things, same feeling when a pesky mosquito is bugging you. I always feel like there's something wrong when I walk near those power lines. I'm moving out soon I wont risk my health.

I have a few friends that live here, and I really like the feel of the condominium. It feels like more of a community because the buildings are low-rise and are spread out over a much larger area. The development has great amenities, like the small market where you can buy most essentials. For residents without a car, it may be difficult to hail a taxi to get out of the condo. For those residents with a car, traffic may often be an issue on McKinley Road. Still, these inconveniences may be worth it because the units have great value - a two bedroom will cost about 25k, and you remain just a stone's throw away from BGC proper.
My friends lives here and what I can say about the property is that they lack parking for guest and tenants.
Okay yung security dito. 24/7 sila roving sa vicinity ng Bonifacio Heights. I just live in fornt of the clubhouse. Sobrang lapit sa Mini-grocery(Co-op), basketball court and swimming pool. Friendly yung mga tao dito, even the security guards and janitors. The property management keeps the buildings clean. They do Sunday Mass in the clubhouse every sunday too, and also simbang gabi. Near C5 via Bayani Road. Near South Super highway as well, and 5 - 10 minutes away from BGC. I've been living here for 1 yr and 2 months.
I've been living here for about 6 months now because of work. Its super accessible from BGC about 5 minutes with normal traffic. I like that it is low rise and that its sprawling, making it feel more like a village rather than condos. You can jog around, skate around, walk your kids and has a lot of parking for residence. There's only one access to get in and that's thru the guard house which makes it pretty secured I would say. There's a clubhouse which has a restaurant and also a co-op store (mini grocery) for convenient emergency grocery. Also has pocket stores in different buildings. All in all, i really like living here.
Ive been living here for 3 months and its been great so far. If you work in BGC and looking for a place to rent but find BGC condos too expensive bonifacio heights is a good option. For 20k a month you can rent a 2 bedroom unit with parking, in BGC thats equivalent to just studio or 1 bedroom without parking. There are no nearby malls or groceries but there is a store at the back of the clubhouse and one in Jaro building. Parking is open, which is why i dont leave my car, i wish they had roof for the parking slots. As for traffic sometimes the build up reaches the boni heights area but i still get to work in 20 mins. If you leave at 6am its just 5 mins drive.
