i have been living and selling/leasing properties here in Eastwood City since 2009 and i have rented out from different buildings in the area. i can say that the Eastwood Legrand 3 is by far the best building in Eastwood city being no.1) its location! - near City walk mall, Banks, Offices and accessible to restaurants. 2) high-end building - having superb amenities such as the gym, game room, swimming pool and others. you can even rent out the function room for special events. 3) value for money - unit finishings are done in good quality standards comparing it with other properties in eastwood city. when you live here... everything is brand new! over all i give this place a 4.5/5 stars. mostly are studio units that are if 30sqms in size.
