Average. From outside looks good. Lobby also nice. Floor I stay in garbage area smelled and messy. Pool is dirty when I use. Service is not good from staff. For price to stay it's too expensive for this. Only location is ok

I have been living in this condo for the last 20 months now. The condo management is quite poor with a profusion of cockroaches entering the apartments each time they do a gel baiting for insects in the common areas. The corridors leading to the apartments look like dungeon with limited lighting & absolutely no ventilation - the whole place always stinks. I live in the north wing where there are slated to be 3 elevators but invariably 1 is always down for maintenance - literally at all times. The elevators are also terribly slow, so long wait times are expected in the mornings & evenings. The overall color scheme of the apartment seems to be inspired by soviet style upper class 70s feel - you have dull discoloured grey flooring & dull walls; unless your landlord decides brighten things up. I live on the front side & mornings are terribly hot with bedroom winds exposed to maximum sunlight - which can be a paid when you are trying to sleep in. Gym is below average at best with limited equipment which tend to break down often & the whole gym smelling of sweat. The only bright spot of the apartment is the roof deck offering stunning views of the Manila Bay & Makati skyline, great to enjoy the evening breeze. Overall, an average place that i am looking to shift out of soon!
The property itself is great. But going in and out of the building especially if you have a car is hard. If you're coming from McKinley road, you would have to take a long route to get to the building. Also it's usually traffic in front of the building. Overall, if you work near, it's a great place. But if you need a car to get around, in my personal experience, it's a bit hard.
I visited a friend who is renting here. The place use quiet maybe because it is located at the not-so-populated area of BGC. Unit looks okay.
I miss big bad wolf underneath it.
The units are stunning, If you compare this building to other in the area, it stands out because of its unique location.
I thought the units were a decent price in comparison to other BGC buildings. The pool and gym was on the roof top and occasionally I had a trainer come out to train us there and we would do sprints on and box on the roof. There was plenty of space and the view was pretty nice. I didn't like the pool and thought it was cold too. I didn't like to congestion of the corner of Mckinley and 5th.
I live here for about a year. Although it's in BGC, it feels remote because it's located at the corner of the city and you'd have to walk a bit to get the BGC city feel.. When they through access on McKinley and 5th (not sure the purpose other than diverting traffic away from Aura) it became really congested so it became a bit of a pain to get in and out from the condo. Although the view of the golf course is nice, the afternoon sun would really bake the apartment so it was critical to have AC especially if you're unit is facing the golf course. The Gym was nice and spacious but I don't ever remember seeing anyone ever using the pool. It was located on top of the roof with a magnificent view (watch new years firework show from there) but it was under covered roof which made the pool feel cold. I'm not a fan of covered outdoor pools (what's the point). The guards didn't hassle me too much and seemed pretty lenient which I liked. Elevators weren't bad as there was 3 on each side totally 6. I wasn't a big fan of the layout of my one bedroom unit as it felt very confined for me. Part of it was just the way the unit owner constructed it. All in all, I'd probably prefer to live in other buildings in BGC.
