Convenient location, the condo is very easy to find. The amenities are nice. I feel that it is safe living in this condo.

I had a good time during my brief stay at Forbeswood Heights. I was delighted with the interior design of the building as well as the tennis court and small gym near the building's entrance. It was a neat and well-maintained building. The interiors have a luxurious feel as they are well lighted and the details are well thought of. The view from inside the condo unit is good as it provides a beautiful view of the Fort from above. Moreover, I was impressed by the fact that the location of the building is very accessible from the different establishments of the Fort. Hence, I highly recommend Forbeswood Heights for those who are looking for a good place to stay at the Fort.
We were in the area and decided to spend the night here, where my friend lives. The place was conveniently located with lots of parking options for us. Grabbing some food was no problem too because there were a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Overall, the place was great. I was especially impressed by the tennis court. We would definitely visit the place again.
I visited a friend of mine who lives here. We enjoyed the night because not only was the place great, but the staff were nice too.
Very nice location as everything you would need for your home is a stone throw away from you. A 5 minute walk to the heart of the city and is right beside The Mind Museum
The location is great. Establishment like groceries, restaurants, banks, and coffee shops are nearby since the Forbeswood Heights is located within Burgos Circle. However, they should expand on their gym.
Great to live here if you work in the area. Convenient location, there are nearby restaurants and bars.
Great location - everything that one could ever need is nearby (grocery store, hardware, restaurants, salon, etc.). Amenities could be improved - gym is tiny, playground could be nicer (haven't tried using the tennis court and pools though). When it rains, I notice that water puddles easily accumulate on the building grounds (drainage system could be better). Security is inconsistent - sometimes they are super strict (had trouble claiming a package once for a friend) but sometimes they can be lax (did not get the ID of a guest in a few occasions, sometimes allow food delivery to go up the unit). It is also older compared to other condos, drainage system and water heater in the unit of a friend had problems already when it has just been a few months since he moved there.
Located at the heart of Burgos Circle, the location of Forbeswood Heights is pretty much unbeatable - you can get to anywhere important in BGC - Fort Strip, High Street, SM Aura - within only a few minutes. The amenities, however, leaves much to be desired. There is a tiny gym that is not regularly maintained. There is a tennis court, but few people play, and you have to reserve it in advance. The units are generally really affordable, but the quality of the building materials could be sharper. Though Forbeswood Heights was rocked by a major scandal last year, security is generally tight. There is biometric access through the basement, there are roving guards everywhere, and the guards at the main gate force all guests to sign in.
The neighborhood, views, gym, pool and now robinsons grocery store and starbucks make this location ideal. I love the neighborhood of 29th st. and have been excited to see it change over the last 5 years. Very exciting!
I usually frequent this place since a friend of mine lives here. Every time he has us over I'm always pretty amazed at the measures they take for security. Probably the first building I've seen with biometric access from the parking garage. Another thing I really enjoy is that the grocery store is walking distance, as well as coffee shops, restaurants, and ATM's within the Burgos Circle area. My friend lives alone and his studio is pretty spacious, not entirely sure what the sqm are but it can comfortably house up to 3 people if he wanted. If you have kids, the building has a pretty nice playground and a garden area (with real plants!!). Hope this helps!
