It is one of the most accessible condos in the Burgos Circle area that has a 711 convenient store beside the entrance of the building and a Watsons store below it as well. Across the building is a Robinson's supermarket that is open until 11pm. There are a number of restaurants and bars below and around the area for you to choose from. There are also salons and gyms around the area. Parklane has the friendliest security guards, staff and management. They will help you every step in any way they can. The only problem is their parking system which is quite confusing and tight if you have a parking slot. Although, there are a bunch of parking areas that are close to the building so you will not have a problem with this.

Typical Megaworld development: good design, supposedly great amenities, good location, but with terrible fixtures and fittings in the units themselves, and poor property management. Cockroaches all throughout the building due to the ridiculous garbage collection method (leave your garbage outside your front door 2x a day, staff will go through the building to collect them. WTF?). Friendly staff, though they seem to be following ridiculous policies set by management most of the time. Exterior waterproofing needs to be re-done. On the positive side, there are some apartments with great views all the way to Makati and Manila bay, and the location is excellent.
I pay 30k/month for my unit on the 5th floor. It's an amazing location, and so it ends up being worth it for me. Also, the people at the front desk are my homies- even though they hardly speak English (I'm an expat). However, there is bad AC and cockroaches. I have to walk up the uphill driveway every time I get in, which does not make me feel like a baller. I'm not too familiar with pricing out here, but from my fellow workers, they say that I should probably be getting a little more bang for my buck. Also, most negative feelings would mostly be from my broker because he said it would be furnished, and it is not at all. So I would not blame Forbeswood Parklane for that. If you furnish your place well, it might end up being a better experience.
Forbeswood parklane has one of the most excellent group of guards, administration and maintenance people. Very accommodating, trust worthy and respectful. The Lobby also is such as refreshing sight after a long day at work. Very well structured and maintained. But the best thing right now about this condo is that the grocery store is just a 3 min walk away. Bad: Pool area is a little bit dull.
