The building itself has been maintained well enough by the property management and unit owners alike despite being in operation for a couple of years already. Very much offers your standard condominium amenities and services that are comparable within the vicinity. And the security personnel and staff are quite thorough and helpful. I would recommend this project for those who would love to live near the convenience of the mall and/or those who like doing laps around the park. It is a very decent project with the right price. A very good investment as a transient unit or for long term rental use.
