The Horizon Homes residential apartments sits on top of the Shangrila Hotel right smack at 5th Avenue BGC. The apartments are the most luxurious condo units I've seen in Manila by far. Above excellent especially with the Hotel Services extended to the residential apartments. This place is for the learned in real estate.
