90 square meters, all boasting of a balcony. For its resident’s pleasure and
convenience, Laureano Di Trevi Towers will feature amenities such as a
swimming pool, sun deck, gym, playground, landscaped gardens, a function room,
and a five-level commercial complex and parking garage.
Very poor service! Sobrang bagal! The Account Manager, Angela Cueto, from Vista Residences handling the Trevi Towers is very inefficient! Ang tagal ko ng pina-process yung pag-move out namin, mahigit 2 months na! Imagine, magmmove out na lang hindi pa nila maasikaso ng maayos! Sira ang elevator, ilang beses kami bumaba sa stairs, from 20th floor with our luggage! And walang response from the management pag nag-voice out ng concerns! Wala ring Home Owners association na mag-represent para sa mga unit owners!
I love the chic design of the lobby and the convenience and location. It's a walking distance from Greenbelt malls and very near Makati CBD, the Fort, Mall of Asia and the airport. The building uses access cards for unit owners and registered renters so it's secure to live here.
I bought a unit here and moved in a few weeks ago
1. Dumi ng hallway. Nag reklamo na ako sa PMO sana ma-actionan
2. hindi ko sure kung sira yung elevator or hindi lang pinapagamit. 2 yung meron pero isa lang yung gumagana
3. Yung security 10am-7pm lang. Weird kasi mas kailangan yung security sa gabi at madaling araw. talo pa office worker. pag pasok ko ng office walang security, pag uwi ko wala din.
