If this is a resort condo, the great distance of it from everywhere would be okay.

Launched in 2011 this 2nd building Marco Polo Residence is still unfinished at June 2016. The site was launched and sold on the basis of only two first class towers. Now four or maybe five buildings are planned (we don't know because Federal Land don't inform their existing clients.) The views will be spoiled, so check carefully the anticipated views of your intended unit. HLURB have a site plan showing four towers, but maybe not up to date. Cebu has a water shortage and water is currently trucked in for towers 1 & 2 no idea of the plans for supplies to towers 3 4 and maybe 5. Definitely ask existing owners or occupiers of their experiences before spending your hard earned money.
