P.A. Residences is a mid-rise condominium developer that is steadily making
its presence felt in the real estate industry, specifically in the medium-rise
condominium market, by offering projects which are conveniently accessible,
yet surprisingly affordable.
The conceptualization of P.A. Residences comes from the inspiration given by
its mother company, P.A. Properties. P.A. Properties has been a developer of
residential projects and estates for almost 20 years, making a name in the
Province of Laguna as one of the most active and successful developers in the
area. The rise of a new market created by urbanites working and renting houses
within Metro Manila compelled P.A. Properties to come up with projects that
are conveniently located within the metropolis. Thus, P.A. Residences was
born.
As a start, P.A. Residences acquired more than 300 foreclosed condominium
units at Smile Citihomes in Novaliches, Quezon City. After renovation and
upgrading, said units were sold out in less than a year, given their
affordability, accessibility and readiness to be occupied.
Buoyed by the success of its first venture, P.A. Residences launched its first
major project in 2006, the East Residences Ortigas. A 475-unit condominium
project located in Ortigas Extension, Pasig City, East Residences Ortigas is a
short walk away from malls, commercial centers within the heart of Pasig, and
a 24-hour public transportation that can take one to Ortigas, Makati, Cubao or
Antipolo. Given its sheer advantage, the units were swiftly accepted and sold
to employees, executives and residents of Mandaluyong and Pasig. A new phase,
East Residences Ortigas 2, with an additional three buildings is now being
offered for sale.
Another project that was launched successfully is the One Metropolitan Place
in Pasay City, with 413 units, now fully sold and is already a thriving
community. It is just a walk away from the MRT-LRT Taft Station and is
strategically located near the airport, commercial and business centers in
Makati, Parañaque and Manila. OMP presented another quality housing option for
single professionals, starting families and frequent travelers.
Its most recent projects include The North Grove in Caloocan City and
Amaranthe in Parañaque City.
