The only thing good about the house here is the location and the gym. The pool is very small and due to the construction of the other buildings my house was always dusty and there are a lot of flies. When I was renovating my house ( the original house only have two light bulb for both the living room and dining room) there are many restrictions. For example, the air conditioning cannot be changed yet the unit has many windows thus the only place you can put the bed is right below the air con which is bad for health. The worst would be the property management. The management fee is quite high yet the people seemed to not know what they are doing. All of the elevators are very fragile now. The doors don't shut tight and there are a lot of scratches in All of the elevators. They need to assign a service elevator. The security is absurd. They are very hard headed and not flexible. The management does not know how to coordinate. I had a very frightening experience. The elevators shut down when I was still in it and it fell one floor before it hold still apparently they where making a electricity test? The security guard with me in the elevator got mad at the front desk saying they should do it when there is no residents around yet she replied that we were given papers about the test. Well, They should have make the elevators functioning when making the desk. I was lucky Im dont have heart diseases. also head from my friend who is visiting that the guards gossips about me while she was waiting in the lobby in a rude way. They also don't allow ANY pet even fishes or turtles in THE PREMISES so including guests or visitor who has animals can not bring in there animal. They don't usually inform you if you have packages that arrived. it is hard to both do down or up the parking lot. It has a sharp curve and a narrow space. Compared to a condo I used to live in ( it is also near greenbelt around 5 min walk) the unit quality and management is a real disappointment.
