Sad to say, amenities are not well maintained. Not worth to buy a property when the management does not take care of the amenities, wasted assoc dues. GYM is full of rusts and no threadmill, most of the equipments there are useless even the bike that does not have support anymore. Rats are rampant in the swimming pool and garden area.

nakapagview ako dito last month. I was happy because it’s super close to SM light. ok yung walang commercial establishment na malapit kasi it adds to the coziness ng lobby which is also spacious. yung concern ko lang yung cabinet hindi pa sinagad sa ceiling. it’s wasted space and it will just accumulate dust. pero it’s ok. hind siya deal breaker.
