For the past 8 years living here, the Renaissance Towers is a great location. Why is it a great location? Because it is minutes away from: 1 Minute away from The 30th Ayala Mall 1 Minute away from Rustans Supermarket 1 Minute away from the Movie House 5 Minute away from Medical City Hospital 5 minute away from Sm Megamall 5 Minute away from Capitol Commons 5 Minute away from UA&P 5 Minute away from st. Paul Pasig 5 Minute away from Ortigas CBD 15 Minute away from BGC CBD 20 Minute away from Makati CBD 35 Minute away from the Airport The Renaissance Towers is a prestigious residential condominium for the selected few. It stands 28 stories high with 3 separate towers. It is only 8 units per floor with spacious cuts, and units here range from a 1 Bedroom to 3 Bedroom units with balcony. It over looks the Antipolo Hills, QC, Makati, and Ortigas. It has top class amenities such as: A Fitness Gym, A Tennis Court, Jogging path, swimming pools on each tower, function rooms, garden decks, Lanai, SPA, events place, restaurants, cafe, atm's, convenience store, guest parking, nail spa, business center, mass every sunday, concierge, 24/7 security, 24/7 garbage disposal service, guest parking, laundry service, water service, etc. The convenience is endless. THE POSITIVE: Compared to other location or property near by, the Renaissance is surely a good value for your money. Why do I say this? (1) Because you get big cuts for the price of a studio in Makati or BGC. A 1 BR unit in Renaissance ranges from 30,000~55,000 pesos. Alternatively, a Studio unit in BGC or Makati cost 30,000~55,000 pesos. (2) You have a property management service where they can handle your utility bills, real estate taxes, and your monthly subscriptions. (3) You have 24/7 security and waste management service (4) you have life style fitness amenities (5) you have friendly neighbors THE NEGATIVE: What are the downside of this property? Fil-Estate was established in 1981 as a marketing company. Founded by Robert John L. Sobrepeña, Ferdinand T. Santos, and Noel M. Cariño, the group began property development in 1983, building a portfolio that included first-class estates, world-class golf courses, residential and commercial buildings, a theme park, and an industrial community. In 1994, the company formed Fil- Estate Land Inc., its primary real estate holding company that became public the following year. Soon after, the group began offering investment, corporate planning, and portfolio management services, while it continued developing and marketing more successful projects throughout the country.
