Location is near BGC and is walking distance from SM Aura. Their driveway entrance is hard to see though (easy to miss, only a poorly-lighted billboard to indicate where it is). At least it's near a gasoline station so there's a landmark to remember :) So HARD to get a taxi though, even if it's on C5. There's a pool and a playground for the kids and not much else. I think more amenities will be built once the last tower is completed. The 1-Br unit is okay, a bit on the smaller side than some of the units I've seen in other properties. Some of the hallway walls and fixtures could use some sprucing up. There are security guards for every tower and I think they really screen visitors if you're not entering with the tenant. Lots of cats around, but they're really cute :)

LOCATION: 10 mins walk to BGC. Less than 5 mins drive if there's no traffic. 20 mins drive if C-5 is tight. There's a Jollibee beside it and 24-hour establishments: Pugon Pandesal and Shakey's. 24-hour convenient stores can be located just beside the entrance of the condominium and the nearest gas station, Shell. AMENITIES: Just swimming pool (kiddie and lap) and a children playground. If you love kids, just hangout there every morning. Function rooms and the Gazebo are active during Sundays (Family Day Events) or Pacquiao Fights. Needs to have a fitness gym and roofdeck access for viewing and hangouts. The swimming pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and cleaning. VALUE FOR MONEY: One of the most affordable condominium near BGC. UNIT QUALITY: I used to stay at a Japanese-inspired design wherein sliding doors are made in wood. Great space-saver. All units are monitored with a smoke detector machine to ensure safety of the community. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: They provide updated flyers on elevators and lobbies. They should work on the garbage management since people are having a hard time disposing their garbage via just a door full of waste. SECURITY: 24-hour security with cameras on each lobby. Security guards are very friendly and they make sure they know the names of every tenant on their respective towers. OVERALL: The property is beneficial for both families and yuppies. Can't wait for Tower 4!
