The placement of their pool is top-notched. It's one of the amenities I love best. I find it too pricey though. I rented here for a few months to be close to work but the money I save from gas and parking can't make up for the cost of rent. If I can afford it though, I wouldn't think twice of living here.

Looking for that Makati skyline view? Come and see for yourself! One of the tallest condominiums in Metro Manila. Pool area is placed at the top floors for a great view of Makati CBD. Quick access to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries as there are 2 malls near the building. Nearest would be the Century City Mall and across the street would be A.Venue Mall.

We stayed during Easter week and had an enjoyable holiday in Manila, made better by this new, safe apartment. The reception area staff were helpful, communication with the owner was quick and professional and the description of the apartment was accurate. The Gramercy is a great building which features a cinema, gym, a fantastic pool and great location. The rental price was reasonable and the transaction was faultless. Note that taxi drivers weren't clear where the Gramercy was, so mention the nearby St Giles Hotel as a reference point. Wifi wasn't available generally, but sometimes you can connect to the shopping centre next door. Note well that Manila isn't really tourist friendly so do your research beforehand - print maps - you'll need them in the taxis, and stand your ground with the taxi drivers WRT meter use, and be aware that they'll drive you around if you appear not to know where you're headed.

Excellent security and reception staff. Access cards are needed to use the elevators. The condo is conveniently connected to Century City Mall and walking distance to A-Venue. Surrounding area can be dangerous especially at nighttime. Party goers would love 71 Gramercy, although residents might be inconvenienced in using the elevators as they get packed when there are events at the club. The pools, spa, cafe, lounge, and movie theatre are really nice.

Gramercy Residences has world-class amenities, including an infinity pool, a 24-hour gym, a spa, an indoor movie theater, a game room, a playground, a cafe, and a daycare center. And, of course, there’s 71 Gramercy - one of the premiere night clubs in Manila - just an elevator ride away. Security at Gramercy Residences is understandably tight, even down to the basement levels, where residents can conveniently take an underground corridor to Century City Mall. Given the comprehensive amenities and the mall access, Gramercy can be a microcosm unto itself and a refuge away from the stresses of Makati City. The neighborhood around Gramercy leaves much to be desired. Traffic to the condominium is high because it abuts both the red light district and Makati’s central business district. Century City Mall, in addition to the other upcoming projects of Century Properties, will undoubtedly improve the community, but this is a long-term bet on the future. As it stands now, Gramercy is located in an area that necessitates the security be extremely strict - perhaps even to a fault: The front desk always requires ID from visitors, even when they are regular guests of the resident. At night and especially on weekends, the lobby area around the elevators can get rowdy with partygoers headed to 71 Gramercy.
