The Grove is Rockwell Land's first residential project outside the confines of Rockwell Center and in my opinion they did a bang up job of bringing the Rockwell lifestyle to the Pasig/Ortigas area. The Grove's amenities are top notch! The gym's equipment selection is excellent, the many pools that they have are resort quality and the open spaces add a green element that make you feel as though you aren't in a condo development. On the negative, the location does experience a fair amount of traffic and access to public transportation may be difficult. This may be navigated by traveling outside of rush hour and Uber/Grab is easily accessible.

With the "Rockwell" brand , this community did not disappoint with the 'resort like" amenities and state of the art gym facilities.The Location is excellent as well , along the C5 corridor of properties ; within close proximity to the Frontera Verde commercial complex , Medical City and as well as exclusive schools such as St. Paul, La Salle and Xavier. Definitely has the /Rockwell Stamp of "Luxury and Quality of Living ' Dallas based architect,. Don Wilder described the development as being on “human scale,” meaning people can relate to it without being intimidated.
