Ive been a tenant here since 2014 and I have experienced how terrible their admin and the hassle they render to the move in and move out process. The staff are very unaccommodating and they dont have the sense of urgency. Move in and out forms seriously takes time before approval, it has to go through a series of signatories who are not always there in the admin office. Practically, it takes a least a month to move in or out. Besides, SOme of the Lessors who happen to own the unit we are under lease of are very unaccommodating and "bastos." Palm towers' services are very inefficient and inconvenience is everywhere. I am very disappointed.
