One of the best condominiums in Legaspi Village as it is located right across Greenbelt Mall. A couple of towers to choose from depending on what view is preferred. A bit pricey compared to other condominiums due to its location and quality. Getting food wouldn't be a problem as restaurants are located just across the street.

I like the location of this building. While it is near Ayala Center and the business district, once you're in the building, it's quiet. It welcomes you to a well-maintained lobby and professional staff. Security is also good here. You need key card to access the elevator. But for a high-end condo, the elevator is not at par. It's not spacious and there's only plain walls.
