Trion towers in BGC is on a perfect location. Nothing can compare as it's close to everything. If you buy at pre selling price, then youll really get value for your money as the value of the unit appreciates fast. Amenities are fabulous considering the fact that it is not the highest end condo in the Philippines. Only, security is lax to my standard. They need more training.

Most of my clients likes the location since its 3 minutes walk to SM aura and walking distance to their offices, once rush hour strikes, they can just walk home to their unit. one of my client loves the huge fitness area and the wide range of amenites with its 32 amazing amenites. Tower 2 turnover due May 2015 dont believe any one from Robinson Land its a lie, still no ready to move in. I have bought an appartment and they still wont tell me when it will be ready.

This property can compete in terms of location. I was able to view a 1BR and 2BR unit in Trion. I think that the unit sizes are okay. The broker wasn't able to show us a nursery and was also not sure if there is one. This can be a good purchase if you are planning to have a unit rented out. The second and third tower are still preselling which will give investors a chance to grab a unit on a lower price.
Never lived here...just visited a friend time and time again. The building is interesting but does have that prison like feel as you navigate the long interior corridors. If you dig that, then you might like it here.
I work near Trion Residences and I must say that this is one of the best locations in BGC. It's not congested, walking distance from The Fort Strip, SM Aura, and High Street.
It has a few establishments at the ground floor which is a good thing because there's no stores and restaurants beside it.
hey ! can someone tell me what kind of retail shops are located within the Three towers of this Trion Towers complex, please? I would like to move in one of these tower but would need to know what are the retail shops first Thanks to anyone for his assistance !
I love the fitness amenities. If i had rented here i could cancel my gym membership because it has everything i need. The pool is kinda small right now but i believe once all the towers are done they will make it bigger. Also when i was there it was too windy in the pool area, probably seasonal. The lobby also had a high ceiling but the drop off area is quite small now since construction is ongoing. If you have 25-30k monthly budget for rent this could be a good choice, personally i find it too expensive
