Love the location. It is so close to Shaw Boulevard MRT station and walking distance to SM Megamall and even Robinsons Place. Also a short uber or grab ride to Capitol Commons. When the MRT 3 finally gets refurbished and new trains added the convenience of nearby public transport will increase the property value. Also MRT 4 is expected to intersect Shaw station as well as the BRT project and the Ortigas South station of the Mega Manila Subway will be walking distance away.
