Just Wow! Words are not really enough to express how much I love this property. When I viewed the unit, I was in awe of the large space, security, and comfort it offered. The gate is automatic and there are CCTV cameras within the compound. I really felt it was a great home for a family. When you enter the townhouse, there's a small foyer/reception area. A staircase leads to the open plan floor, which comprises the living room, dining area, kitchen, den and balcony. The idea is awesome because guests won't immediately see the living room. Another staircase leads you to the bedrooms, which are all smartly designed. I was able to talk with the developers and they were very nice. You really know that a lot of effort was put into the creation of the place. One owner even said that the design of the homes are based on their own requirements for their own home. This is a home where they would also live. I guess that's what make this home special.
